3. Client Obligations
   
   Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for advertising campaigns. Any delay in providing necessary materials may impact campaign execution, and AdGeeks LLC will not be liable for such delays.
   
   

4. Payments and Fees
   
   Payment terms are as agreed in the service contract.Late payments may incur penalties or interest charges.All campaign fees, including platform costs, are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
   
   

5. Intellectual Property
   
   All creative assets, ad copies, and marketing materials developed by AdGeeks LLC remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Any third-party materials used in campaigns will be properly licensed or attributed.
   
   

6. Liability & Disclaimers
   
   AdGeeks LLC does not guarantee specific results (e.g., ROI, conversion rates) but ensures best industry practices.We are not responsible for losses due to platform algorithm changes, competitor actions, or external market conditions.Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the disputed service.‍
   
   

7. Termination
   
   Either party may terminate a contract with 14 days' written notice. In case of termination, clients must settle outstanding balances, and AdGeeks LLC will deliver any pending work based on the payment received.‍
   
   

8. Confidentiality
   
   Both parties agree not to disclose confidential business information shared during collaboration, including advertising strategies, pricing, and client data.‍
   
   

9. Governing Law
   
   These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Tbilisi‍
   
   

10. Amendments
    
    AdGeeks LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of services after updates implies acceptance of the new Terms.
